Adi-NG® is constructed of metal modules attached to each other. The insulating material is encased inside the modules. Thanks to its modular structure, the product is easy to install, dismantle and reinstall during servicing operations. No special tools are needed to open the module, as the lock can be opened with a normal hex-key. The modular components are light and easy to handle even by one person alone.
Personnel responsible for special tasks and maintenance are exposed to four times the amount of radiation compared to other nuclear power plant employees. Quick installation and dismantling save a considerable amount of time and simultaneously reduce the maintenance personnel’s exposure to radiation. THE ENCASED INSULATION MATERIAL IS LONG-LIFE, DURABLE AND SAFE
The insulating material is encased inside the module. Thanks to the encapsulation, the insulating material remains in place despite the module’s movement. Consequently, no loose insulating material is created which would need to be handled and recycled. The casing prevents liquids from entering the capsule, making the product extremely fireproof. Thanks to the modular structure of the product, the insulation performance of the Adi-NG® insulation module system can be significantly increased according to the customer’s requirements. The modular structure gives the product long life: it can be removed and reinstalled numerous times, while its insulation performance remains exactly as efficient as when new. ADVANCED LOCKING SYSTEM MAKES THE PRODUCT LEAK-PROOF AND PREVENTS HEAT LOSS
