Adi-SMART®
Used especially in the insulation of exhaust pipes in shipbuilding and in power plants, the brand-new Adi-SMART® is a surface temperature reduction system that reduces the surface temperature of insulation modules.
Adi-SMART® makes the insulation modules safe to touch without the sustenance of irreversible burn damage. It also reduces the risk of fire in the work space. Adi-SMART® alleviates employers’ concerns about the safety of their staff and helps them meet different requirements related to occupational safety.
LOWERS TEMPERATURES TO SAFE LEVELS
Adi-SMART® increases the occupational safety of staff working close to pipes that carry hot gases. If accidentally or intentionally touched, hot surfaces hold the risk for bodily injuries. Adi-SMART® lowers the surface temperatures of insulation modules down to around +60 C°, making them safe to touch. Low surface temperatures also reduce the risk of fire.
EASY TO INSTALL, FULLY INDEPENDENT
Adi-SMART® is quick and easy to install. It can be integrated into both new and existing insulation modules. Adi-SMART® is a fully independent system that is not dependent on external power sources. The system can be connected to a wireless network, allowing the temperature data it generates to be examined remotely.
