One Year at Adiabatix: Santeri Lehtinen

One year ago, Santeri Lehtinen joined the Adiabatix team in Sales. He describes his first year at Adiabatix as “intense and educational.” The role has provided a good balance of responsibility, interesting projects and opportunities to learn, which is why he has truly enjoyed the year.

The work environment has also had a positive impact. “My well-being here has been supported by knowledgeable colleagues, a low threshold for asking for advice, and the fact that responsibility is given while support is always available when needed,” Santeri says.

Santeri’s career in the nuclear power sector began in Sweden in 2007, when he started working with insulation-related activities at the Forsmark nuclear power plant. Over the years, his experience has expanded to include the management of insulation works in reactor buildings, as well as administrative project management and coordination for projects connected to other Swedish nuclear power plants. In addition, his background in business management and financial administration has given him a strong foundation for combining technical understanding, business insight and client work.

In addition to sales, Santeri has worked with various themes during the year, including business and product development, patenting and cost efficiency. These areas have been particularly interesting to him. In sales, he is inspired by the way the role combines several different skills that are essential for building client satisfaction and sustainable business.

Looking ahead, Santeri’s aim is to continue developing in sales and client projects, while also strengthening his knowledge of the marine sector and the new supply chains being built in the nuclear power sector. He also hopes to contribute to challenging international projects and to develop solutions together with clients and the Adiabatix team.

“It is exciting to be part of a company with a clear direction and significant growth potential,” Santeri says.
